Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely) when you register.

Subscription information: the tier you select and your payment status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Usage information: which classes you view, your progress, and interactions with the site.

Communications: emails you send us (e.g., support or contest entries) and the responses we provide.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you visit.

• To process payments and deliver your subscription;
• To track class progress and recommend classes;
• To send newsletters, announcements, and contest updates (you can unsubscribe anytime);
• To respond to your questions and provide support;
• To improve our classes, website, and marketing.

We use trusted third-party services to operate and improve the Service. For advertising and analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools may place cookies on your device to measure how you found us and how you use the site, and to show you relevant ads. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and may opt out of personalized advertising through the tool providers’ settings.

For email marketing and newsletters, we use MailerLite. When you join our mailing list or enter a contest, your email is added to our MailerLite audience and, where applicable, tagged as a contest entry.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card information securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards; we do not see or store your full card number.

Where applicable under privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA, we process your personal data based on: your consent (e.g., newsletters and ad cookies); the performance of our contract with you (your subscription); our legitimate business interests (security, improvement, and fraud prevention); and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. Any provider we use is expected to protect your data and use it only to provide services on our behalf.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for targeted advertising; and withdraw consent at any time. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. Account holders may manage or delete their account and associated data through the Service or by contacting us.

Accounts for dancers under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect more information from minors than is necessary to provide the Service. See our Parent/Guardian Information page for details. If you believe we have collected information from a child without verifiable parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted here with a new “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email where appropriate.
